Good morning and welcome back to the blog! I’m so happy to releasing a new recipe AND a giveaway with Rodelle! If you’re new to my world you may not know that I am a brand ambassador for Rodelle. They have amazing products and I especially love their vanilla extracts. They provide quality ingredients that really take your recipes up a notch.
Todays recipe is my Pumpkin Spice Croissant French Toast w/ Cream Cheese Glaze. This is one of those recipes that take little effort to make but can impress your family and house guests. It’s perfect for the holidays and will be the star of any at home brunch. Buttermilk Fried Chicken Wings recipe here!
Quick notes that make this french toast recipe super easy:
Cream Cheese: I used pumpkin spice cream cheese. It really helped place that pumpkin flavor in every bite of this dish.
Creamer: I typically use heavy cream but for this I chose to use pumpkin spice creamer. I love the creaminess and flavor it brings to this dish.
Pumpkin Spice Extract: This extract is a Rodelle product. If really brings that pumpkin spice flavor which is why I opted not to add pumpkin pie spice to the french toast batter. It really only needed the cinnamon. Feel free to swap the spices if you chose.
Fried Chicken: I served this french toast with buttermilk fried chicken wings. This was a perfect pairing and I can’t wait to make it again. It was soooooo good. I’m working on that post now and should have it up by the end of the week. I will link it here once it’s done.
