See four recipes below for creating cocktails using the Bigelow Botanicals Cold Water Infusions teas as a concentrate in the ingredients, which has you infuse only 4oz. instead of the usual 12 oz. in a glass. 

If you’re using the cold water infusions for a cocktail, you’ll likely need a cocktail shaker.

Watermelon Cucumber Mojito

Ingredients:

  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Cubed cucumber
  • 1.5oz White Rum
  • 1oz Simple Syrup
  • 4oz Bigelow Watermelon Cucumber Mint Concentrate
  • 2oz Seltzer

1. Muddle mint and cucumber in bottom of shaker.

2. Add ice, rum, simple, syrup, and tea concentrate to shaker.

3. Shake until cold. Strain into glass with ice. Top with seltzer.

4. Garnish with fresh mint and a slice of cucumber.

Blueberry Citrus Mojito

Ingredients:

  • Mint leaves
  • Blueberries
  • 1.5oz White Rum
  • .5oz Simple Syrup
  • 2oz Seltzer
  • 4oz Bigelow Blueberry Citrus Basil Concentrate (Reminder Bigelow Botanicals Cold Water Infusions teas can be used as a concentrate in the ingredients, which means you infuse only 4oz. instead of the usual 12 oz. in a glass.

1. Muddle mint and blueberries in bottom of shaker.

2. Add ice, rum, simple, syrup, and tea concentrate to shaker.

3. Shake until cold. Strain into glass with ice.

4. Top with seltzer. Garnish with fresh mint.

Watermelon Elderflower Fizz

Ingredients:

  • 1oz Elderflower Liqueur
  • .5oz Vodka
  • 3oz Seltzer or Champagne
  • 4oz Bigelow Watermelon Cucumber Mint Concentrate (Bigelow Botanicals Cold Water Infusions teas can be used as a concentrate in the ingredients, which means you infuse only 4oz. instead of the usual 12 oz. in a glass. )

1. Add Elderflower, Bigelow concentrate, and vodka to shaker with ice. Shake until cold.

2. Pour into tall glass and top with seltzer or pour into 2 flutes and top with champagne.

Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups of frozen Bigelow Strawberry Lemon Orange Concentrate ice cubes (Use the Bigelow Botanicals Cold Water Infusions tea as a concentrate by infusing only 4oz. instead of the usual 12 oz. in a glass.)
  • 1.5oz White Rum
  • 3/4oz Lemon Juice
  • 3/4oz Simple Syrup
  • Fresh or Frozen Strawberries

1. Freeze overnight Bigelow Botanicals Strawberry Lemon Orange concentrate into ice cubes.

2. Add all ingredients to blender.

3. Blend until slushy.

4. Serve immediately with a straw.
