Ingredients
- 1 Head of Cauliflower
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 3-4 Whole Garlic Cloves
- 1 tsp Parsley
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 4 oz Shredded White Cheddar
- 1/2 tsp Chicken Bouillon Seasoning
Instructions
- Add peeled garlic cloves to a sheet of foil and cover cloves with cooking oil, salt, and pepper. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-30 minutes.
- Wash and chop cauliflower and add to a pot of salted boiling water. Cook until really fork tender.
- Drain cauliflower well and add to a stand mixer or bowl to use with hand mixer.
- Add roasted garlic, butter, cream cheese, white cheddar, onion powder, parsley, pepper, bouillon seasoning or salt.
- Mix well until everything is melted and well incorporated. Finished product will be fairly thick and creamy.
