Happy Monday, Guys! I’m back with another recipe, if you can believe it. Today we’re going back to basics with a cocktail recipe. Margarita’s are my favorite cocktail to drink. It’s only fitting that I bring a new recipe to the blog. It’s been a while, but we’re just getting started.
Ingredients
- 3 oz Tequila
- 2 oz Triple Sec
- 2 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 cup fresh mango (diced)
- 2-5 slices of Jalapeño (spice level)
- Ice (shaker + glass)
- Salt, Tajin, or Sugar for rim
Instructions
- Add diced mango, jalapeño slices, and agave (optional) to a shaker and muddle until purée forms.
- Add tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and ice to the shaker and shake well. About 15-30 seconds.
- Grab a fresh glass and rim with the spice of your choice. You can wet the rim with a lime wedge or use agave to make the spice stick.
- Add ice to your glass and pour the cocktail over the ice.
- Garnish with a few pieces of diced mango and a slice of jalapeño.
- Enjoy!
