Corn Salsa
Easy dip to add to your taco bar or as a appetizer for your next party!

Ingredients
- 2 cups corn (I used frozen)
- 1/2 cup Diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup red onion Diced
- Juice from 1/2 a lime
- 1 tsp of oil (any kind will do)
- Salt pepper
- Handful cilantro
Instructions
- Use a strainer to rinse corn until thawed.
- Chop onion, tomato, and cilantro.
- Add corn, chopped red onion, Diced tomato (no pulp), chopped cilantro, salt, pepper, and oil to a bowl.
- Cut Lime in half and squeeze the juice into the bowl.
- Stir until well combined and chill until ready to serve.
