Bittersweet is the only word that comes to mind as the year ends. We’ve all lost so much and have no real guarantee that things will really get better with the new year BUT it’s still sweet because we all want out of this hell that is 2020.

Ingredients
- 1 oz Gin
- 1 oz Elderflower Syrup
- .5 oz Triple Sec
- Champagne (Brut)
- Juice from Half a Lemon
- Fresh Raspberries and Lemon Peel for Garnish
- Rock Candy (Optional)
- Gold Sugar for Rimming
Instructions
- Rim a wine glass with agave and gold sugar.
- Add vodka, triple sec, and elderflower syrup to the glass.
- Add fresh raspberries, and ice. Layer and fill to the top. Top with champagne until glass is full. Give a stir if you like. Top with lemon peel and rock candy.
