Good Morning guys! I’m back with another recipe and it’s absolutely perfect for holiday parties. Lately I’ve been super obsessed with quick and easy snacks and appetizers that I can serve during this years holiday parties. I’ve been a fan of FarmRich frozen products for years and I’ve been working on ways to incorporate them into my holiday menu but with a twist!

FarmRich is the easiest way for me to provide my friends and family with a quick and tasty meal in about 20 minutes time. I expect this holiday season to be a pretty busy one so its nice to know I have a product in my freezer that I can rely on in a pinch.

I thought it would be pretty cool if I served the FarmRich breaded mushrooms with a baked dip….a Bake Parmesan Mushroom Dip to be exact lol. The breaded mushrooms are already really good on their own but adding the dip would really kick things up a notch!

During the holidays I’m aways looking for something quick and easy to serve to my guests; the best part of this recipe is that it takes about 20 minutes to finish this entire dish! After mixing the ingredients you can stick it in the oven to finish cooking right along with the breaded mushrooms. I also purchased the Barbecue Boneless Chicken Bites to accompany my Breaded Mushrooms. These will also be a great addition to my holiday menu and are super easy to make.

Lets get started on this dip! I’m telling you its so easy but super delicious. First we need to add cream cheese, parmesan cheese, cream of mushroom, butter, and pepper to a bowl; mix until well combined.

Next add the mixture to a small casserole dish or mini cast iron skillet and top with freshly grated parmesean cheese. Bake for 15-16 minutes at 450 degrees fahrenheit; the best part about this recipe is you can cook the breaded mushrooms in the oven at the same time and they will both be finished and ready to serve.

Baked Parmasean Mushroom Dip

Baked Parmasean Mushroom Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese (Reserve 1/4 cup for garnish)
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh Thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees fahrenheit
  2. In a bowl add cream cheese, mushroom soup, butter, parmesan cheese, and thyme. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add mixture to a small casserole dish or mini cast iron skillet.
  4. Top skillet with reserved parmesan cheese and bake for 15 minutes along side breaded mushrooms.
  5. Serve immediately and Enjoy!

    Sounds like the perfect dip for the Farm Rich products. I usually make cold dips, but I think hot is the way to go – especially when it’s full of cheese! Yum! #client
