Good afternoon guys! I’m so excited to be back with another post. This time I’m working with Giant to bring you the perfect party set-up and easy recipes that are great for family and friends. I love love love Halloween…it has to be one of the most fun holidays of the year. Every year my family and I usually celebrate Halloween with a night out on the town but this year we decided to stay in and celebrate with a spooky party.
I decided to do my party shopping at Giant; I usually shop at Giant when I need a one stop shop situation. I hate running around to a bunch of different stores whenever I’m planning a party so by shopping at Giant I’m able to cut down on time by buying all of my supplies there. My party decor worked out perfectly! I was able to pair a few of my older decorations with some of the decor I found in the seasonal party section at Giant. The stand up cats were absolutely adorable with just a hint of spooky! I was also able to purchase pumpkin straws, spider web cotton, and spooky baskets to hold the candy.
Giant stores are literally a one stop shop! I was able to get all of my ingredients and new party decor from one place…..which saved me a ton of time and kept my stress level to an absolute minimum. You guys know I love making easy recipes that don’t involve a lot of fuss! Shopping at Giant helped me achieve those goals. Right now they are offering a $5 off coupon to new online registrants only! You can use this coupon at your local Giant! Click the store near you to claim your coupon today Giant.
So I definitely cut time in half by purchasing Giant’s Limited Time Original Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls! I decided to spruce them up by adding Kraft Caramel and chopped pecans. I created a semi-homemade recipe lol. They were super easy and even better gone within minutes! Everyone loved how soft and gooey they were. I will definitely be making these again soon!
You just cut up the caramel into smaller squares and then stuff them in the crevaces of each roll. Next place them in the oven and bake them according to package instructions; Once they come out of the oven top with chopped pecans and drizzle with the packaged icing that comes with the rolls. YES it’s that easy!
In my opinion sliders are the perfect party food! Not only for adults but kids too….These were also super easy to make. If this recipe is doubled you can make 12 sliders instead of 6 (I used half of the purchased meat so just make sure to use it all for 12 sliders)
First you add the ground beef and spicy Italian sausage to a bowl. Make sure to remove the casing from the sausage before adding it. Next add onion powder, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, paprika, and season salt. Mix until well combined; next add diced onion and steak sauce. Form patties into round balls then smash until desire shape and thickness is reached.
I decided to pan fry my sliders you can also grill them if you choose. Make sure the sliders are completely done before adding the cheese. Get your buns ready by adding shredded lettuce and tomatoes to the bottom bun.
Another perk of shopping at Giant stores is taking advantage of their amazing deli section! For my third dish I decided to pick up a pre-made pizza to finish off the meal. Super convenient and easy to make. Plus everyone loves pizza! Giant definitely makes it easy for those who don’t want to put a lot of thought into their party menu.
Another great thing about the deli section is that it makes last minute plans a breeze! Movie night, Netflix dates, and a paint n’ sip party can all be achieved by taking a quick stroll through the deli.
