5 Things I Give Myself Permission To Enjoy!

Good Morning guys and happy Monday! I had a fabulous Monday and I hope you guys did too! I’m headed down to Norfolk, VA this morning for work and will be gone all week. I have a pretty busy schedule planned and am already thinking of ways to distress. I wanted to talk to you about 5 things I give myself permission to enjoy; family, leisure, happy hour, quiet time, and good FOOD! lol. As you already know I am a food blogger who loves to eat. I appreciate quality and wholesome meals that don’t take a lot of time to prepare.


I work pretty hard throughout the day I am known to get HANGRY from time to time lol. Angry happens often when I’ve been working all day and start to feel the hunger pains coming on….at that point I am no longer nice Crystal I’m please someone feed me Crystal :). One of those meals are Lean Pockets! I eat them for lunch and sometimes dinner.They are the perfect mini meal. I like to take my time, relax, and enjoy them.
