Good Morning and Happy Monday Everyone! I had the most relaxing weekend ever and I enjoyed every minute of it! I’ve been working so hard lately on the blog and YouTube channel that I simply forgot to take a breather. I’m buried up to my ears with work and the days seem to fly by at times. Any who my mother and I had a nice outing! We went to Tanger Outlets to do a little shopping and then we had lunch at the National Harbor in Maryland. I had the most delicious sandwich from a restaurant called Redstone; a Rotisserie Turkey Sandwhich…….OMG I’m practically salivating just thinking about it now lol. I have to go back to this place sooner rather than later!
Now onto this weeks recipe…..I’m sharing a Parmesan Crusted Chicken recipe with you. I first had this meal a few years ago when my loving man decided to make me a romantic dinner. Over the years we have both changed up the recipe to our liking and today I’m sharing my rendition of it. Its super easy and super quick which is perfect for young professionals and busy moms.
I always try and bring a little freshness to my meals so for this I opted for fresh herbs and garlic rather than just dried. I really do believe that small fresh changes can really make a difference in even the easiest of meals 🙂 I added a poultry mix of fresh herbs sage, thyme, and rosemary! It really made the crust sing…..or maybe that was me singing after the first bite lol who knows?! I also added fresh garlic to the breading mixture and freshly grated parmesan cheese….which I think adds great flavor to this recipe. I think the hardest part about this recipe is waiting until its done! lol.

- 2 Cloves Minced Garlic
- 1/2 Tsp Sage (Finely Chopped)
