Good Morning and Happy Tuesday!!! Today is March 1st….wow time is definitely flying. I feel like I was just toasting to a Happy New Year last weekend. So many things have happened in so little time. I’ve managed to stay pretty consistent with the blog and my new YouTube channel so kudos to me for staying on track with my New Year’s Resolution…..healthier eating not so much. I’m sure you kinda figured that out already by today’s blog post. This recipe includes butter, butter, and mo butter lol. OK OK if you are still watching your weight look away….if you can stand a little temptation keep reading 😉
Now this recipe is pure goodness and a little bad too 😉 butter, olive oil, garlic, and fresh parsley… I mean how can you go wrong with those ingredients….I’ll wait…exactly! lol. Seriously though not only is this garlic bread super delicious its also really easy to make. It goes great with any pasta dish…you could even have it as a snack.
I must warn you that it’s pretty garlicky so if you are planning a romantic dinner I suggest having some gum on hand 😉 Now as I said this recipe is super easy in fact once you watch the video you will see just how easy it is. If you’ve been living under a rock since the start of the New Year I started a YouTube channel to accompany my blog. I like the idea of having written and visual instructions for my readers.
Tomorrow I will be releasing a delicious recipe for my Parmesan Crusted Shrimp Scampi w/ Angel Hair Pasta which just so happens to pair great with this garlic bread!
