One of the things that come to mind when I think about french fries is comfort food. The food that makes any bad day seem better. I love to eat but I am constantly trying to find ways to eat without feeling sooooooo guilty.
Last year I went to a place in D.C. for New Years that served garlic parmesan french fries; my boyfriend took a chance and ordered some with his burger so naturally I had to try them because I have to try everything he has on his plate 😉 They were deep fried, fattening, and delicious! Lol I hated myself for not ordering them.
I thought it would be fun to try and recreate the recipe. I was watching Laura Vitale on YouTube (who btw is the absolute best!) and she had a recipe for these fries but in a healthier version. I decided to give the recipe a try and they were amazing! I have actually made them several times now with and without the garlic Parmesan. If you are looking for a good french fry recipe with less guilt please try it.
